Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders placed within the United States, except Alaska & Hawaii. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping. We’re working hard to expand delivery options in the near future!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. O’Blossom is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected]. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
